"The potential possibilities of any child are the most intriguing
and stimulating in all creation."

The mission of the Seekonk Special Education Department is to prepare
students with disabilities to be functional members of society by providing them
with specialized programs, individualized services, and highly-trained
personnel in an appropriate, least restrictive environment.

2016-17 Parent Survey

Each year, the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (ESE) surveys families of students with an IEP in selected school districts to determine how well your child’s school is communicating with you and promoting your engagement in your child’s education.

Seekonk is participating in this survey over the course of the 2016-17 school year.  The web-based survey will be open from September 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017.

You can complete the survey online or using a mobile device by accessing this link:

http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/3002932/26252d971e2d .

You can also complete a paper survey and mail it in or ask the district to mail it.  Ask your child’s teacher if you need help accessing and completing the survey. Your participation in this survey will help your school district to improve family engagement for all students.

Please take a few moments to complete this survey.  Your feedback will help guide our work moving forward.
